19th July 2009 -With preseason preparation well on the way there is still time for new players to join the club as it prepares for the new season. With an expanding Senior & Youth Section, Reigate Priory are confident they are able to cater for players of a wide range of ability. In difficult economic times the club would also welcome sponsorship and with this in mind would like to thank J Mizon & Sons Ltd for their recent contribution.
1st June 2009 -Following the clubs AGM on the 28th May , the club were pleased to conclude last season with many succeses. Priory achieved their survival aim for the Surrey Elite League and now start to strengthen for the new season. For the new season Priory look forward to the addition of Reigate Priory Lions playing at Park Lane on Sunday mornings, managed by Ollie OBoyle. There are some changes to the saturday management structure. Kelvin Becket takes on the roll of 'A' Team Manager. Simon Avery moves in to co manage the reserves with Nigel Lomas. The Club wish to thank Italo Vezza who steps down from co managing the reserves, and also Stuart Porte who managed the 'A's who has decided to concerntrate on playing.
Director of Football Youth , Richard Stephen, was pleased to announce a growth in the the Youth Sides for next season,details to post shortly .
17th May 2009 -Following discussions with Sunday side White Lion FC , the club are pleased to welcome White Lion FC into Reigate Priory FC. The team will be named as Reigate Priory Lions and subject to League AGMs etc will play in the Leatherhead & District Sunday Football League. Priory are really pleased with the addition of another quality side into the club which opens up the opportunity for sunday senior football at the club for the first time in many years. More details will be available shortly.
17th May 2009 -Priory Reserves had the honour of playing the last club game of the 2008/09 season , beating Bedfont Sports Reserves 2-1 in the process. Goals from Dave Williams and Charles Read sealed the points.
Priory now begin their preparation for another season in the Elite League and undoubtedly need to strenghen to compete further up the table. Players interested in joining Priory for next season for any of the clubs teams should go to contacts link.
10th May 2009 -With the Woodmansterne result filtering through the club were pleased to know they had survived their first season in the Surrey Elite Intermediate League. This news added a bit of spice to the evening presentations as senior players gathered to enjoy a bit of banter during the clubs Annual Presentation Evening. Followed by a session of Karaoke the evening was a great success. Player of the Year awards went to Karl Paddley, Paul Hamilton,Justin Brandon and Will Blake. A special award was presented to Italo Vezza for his long service to the club over the last 9 years. Italo stands down as Reserve Team Co Manager, but I'm sure - he'll be back !!
On the preceding afternoon, Priory Reserves took on Priory All Stars in a 2pm KO at Coulsdon Utd ground. Priory All Stars won 3-0 with goals from Chris Page (2) and Karl Paddley (1). ( If only the DOF could have made that header!!!!! )
6th May 2009 -Congratulations to Battersea Ironsides on their Surrey Intermediate Cup victory over Bletchingley 3-1. With the Surrey Elite League scheduled to finish on the 16th May , championship and relegation issues are still unresolved. Wraysburys exit from their final fixtures makes for an interesting finish to the Championship. With Battersea Ironsides in the running for the title , their final fixture against Woodmamsterne will dictate Priorys fate. An Ironsides win keeps Priory outside the relegation zone.
4th May 2009 -Priory entered two teams into the South Park six a side on Bank Holiday Monday.
3rd May 2009 -With the season almost concluded , this satursay , 9th May Priory host their awards evening. With many trophies up for grabs and a bit of Karaoke to finish it is hope this event will be well supported.
2nd May 2009 -Only the A Team were in action on saturday, playing their final game against Payne Sports. A Simon Davies goal was enough to give give Priory the points.
1st May 2009 -Priory 1sts and Reserves were both involved in Floodlit games on Friday evening. The 1st Team were at Kiln Brow , Redhill against Croydon Greenside and lost 3-0. Priory Reserves were at Colliers Wood Utd against Battersea Ironsides Reserves in a thrilling 3-2 game. Priory were unfortunately on the wrong side of the result but played some good football in the process.
26th April 2009 -Priory Under 13s found Worcester Park to good in sundays Youth Cup final at Banstead Athletic going down 5-0. Priory battled hard against a very good youth side.
25th April 2009 -End of season blues , the start of the cricket season all meant that all four of Priorys seniors teams were stretched in order to fill their sides on saturday. With each team going out with eleven the club survived the fixtures. Priorys 1st team, despite taking a 1-0 lead were unable to secure any points to ease relegation worries and went down 3-1. Priory Reserves had a better day as they beat Milford & Witley Reserves 3-1 with goals from Frost,Warnham and Wheeler. The As equally were good enough to beat Park Lane 2-0. However the Bs sufferred an 8-1 loss.
In the Youth Section Priory Under 11s secured promotion with a 4-3 win over Wolves and the Under 9s beat Wolves 3-1. Today sees the Under 13s in Cup Final Action against Worcester Park Colts, 4.15Ko at Banstead Athletic, all support welcome.
22nd April 2009 -Priory As were in midweek action against Division 3 Title chasers RH123 Ath reserves. Priory made a good game of it despite falling behind in the 1st half. A Dan Udall special brought Priory back into the game, however , RH123 secured their win when their pacey striker converted following a ball over the top.
19th April 2009 -Priory were totally outplayed by League leaders Liphook Utd on saturday going down 5-0. Priory worked hard but did not have enough quality to mount a legitimate challenge in this fixture. Better news for the Reserves as they won 2-1 away to Epsom Eagles Reserves. This win took the Reserves from bottom to mid table in what has been a very evenly contested division. The Priory As and Bs had a difficult afternoon as both lost 5-1 and 4-0 respectively. With just a few games to go for all teams, trying to secure a few more points on the board will be high priority before the season concludes on the 9th May.
In the Youth section Priory Under 11s moved into 5rd place following a close game with Roundshaw Colts C. Priory Under 13s beat Woodmansterne Hyde 9-0 as they prepare for their upcoming League Cup Final against Worceter Park Colts on the 26th April..
16th April 2009 -A Grant Frost Hattrick help Priory Reserves secure a 3-3 draw in a 6 goal thriller played at the ground of Coulsdon Utd last night. Despite taking a 1-0 lead Priory found themselves 3-1 down with 30 mins to go. A determined response by Priory saw them draw level with minutes to go.

13th April 2009 -Priory bounced back on Easter Monday with a spirited performance against fellow strugglers Woodmansterne Hyde. With eight changes from the squad that lost 8-2 to Croydon Greenside on saturday , Priory showed a determination to get something out of this game and were rewarded with a 1-0 victory.

10th April 2009 -With Priory losing their pitch to the Cricket after this weekend, Priorys final programme of Elite fixtures are listed below. The club wishes to thank Coulsdon Utd, Redhill FC and Reigate College for supporting the club with its home fixtures.
10th April 2009 -Priory had a difficult trip to Battersea Ironsides on Wednesday evening against the Surrey Intermediate Cup finalists. Expecting a tough game Priory responded with a good performance. However, lapses in concerntration at key points of the game meant Priory came out on the wrong side of a 3-1 result. Its all hotting up in the Elite League, with numerous teams in the hunt for the Championship and four teams caught up in a relegation battle. Priory have proved they can compete with the best, they now need to turn performances into points to avoid the drop.
5th April 2009 -Priory missed an opportunity to create a bit of breathing space between themselves and the relegation zone on saturday as they came up against second to bottom Woodmansterne Hyde. However , Priorys recent form deserted them and Woodmansterne Hyde captured all 3 points in a 3-2 victory. Priory Reserves were in Cup action against Battersea Ironsides and whilst they made a game of it eventually lost 3-1. Priory A had a good 5-3 victory over Oxted A , however the Bees lost 6-1 to Court Lodge Reserves. On Sunday the Vets played Nutfield Vets. In a close game Nutfield came out on top winning 2-0.
2nd April 2009 -Priory achieved another three valuable points in their fight away from relegation last night with a close 2-1 victory over Esher Athletic. Priory now face Woodmansterne Hyde this saturday at Park Lane in a crucial fixture.

29th March 2009 -A better day for Priorys senior sides. Priorys 1st Team were back in the points with a convincing 3-0 victory over mid table Milford & Witley. Priory have their first mid week fixture at home to Esher Athletic on wednesday at 6pm and will be looking for further progress away from the relegation zone. Priory A had a great win 7-0 against Court Lodge however the Bees lost to Court Lodge Reserves 3-2.
The Youth sides had a tough time with the Under 13s losing 5-1 to Worcester Park Colts and the Under 11s losing 4-2 also to Worcester Park Colts .
22nd March 2009 -On a day riddled with power cuts Priory went into their fixture with confidence following last weeks win against Horsley. However , it was'nt to be as Epsom Eagles put in an exhilarating first half performance with four great goals. All credit to Priory who put in a spirited second half performance, Eagles won the game 4-0. With the Reserves out of action , Priory As lost 7-1 to Racing Epsom and the Bees lost 7-0 to AFC Horley.
In the Youth section the Under 11s lost to leaders Hook Youth 5-1 , the Under 13s drew 0-0 with Merstham Youth A and the Under 9s continued their progress with a 3-2 win over Shelton Athletic.
15th March 2009 -A full schedule of games at the Priory as the weather warmed up, as did the front sides. Priory 1st Team had a glorious day at Horsley as they beat 3rd placed Horsley 3-1 in their best performance of the season. An alround display where all players put in strong performances demonstrated that Priory have the potential to survive in the Elite League. Priory Reserves also had a great day by beating Horsley Reserves 2-0 with a brace from young Joe Warnham. Priory A had a tough game losing 7-4 to Shelton Spartans after being 3-0 up. Priory B went down 7-0 to Real Holmesdale Reserves. Priory Vets were back in action against the Marquis Vets. In a close game played in a good spirit and well supported saw Priory just edge the game 3-2.
All Priory Youth sides were in action , and the pick of the bunch was the Under 13s Cup semi final win over Merstham A 2-1.Final will be at Banstead Athletic ground,congratulations boys!. Priory Under 9s narrowly lost their semi final going down 1-0 to Elm Grove Colts B. The Under 11s lost 6-5 to Roundshaw Colts C and the Under 16s lost 6-3 to Chiddingfold.
8th March 2009 -Priorys fixture against Elite title contenders Eversley was always going to be tough and so it proved to be. Priory kept themselves in the game at half time with only a 1-0 deficit but an early second half goal removed any chance of a fight back. Priory have an equally tough fixture next week away to 3rd place Horsley. The Reserves , however, pitched in with a great Cup victory away to Milford & Witley. Costaschuk opened the scoring for Priory who went on to win 3-1 with further goals from Frost & Holmes. The As had a double header away to Woodcote OB and lost 4-0 and 6-0. 1st March 2009 -A tough weekend at the Priory with all four senior sides struggling with numbers, even the Chairman and the DOF were in the team sheets. The 1st Team had a tough away fixture at Milford & Witley and had already previously been on the wrong side of a 7-0 result, on this occassion they went down 5-2. The Reserves battled all the way against Eversley but lost 4-1. The As lost 2-1 to Racing Epsom and the Bs lost 3-0 to Real Holmesdale Reserves. The smiles returned for the Evening Event , Disco Movie Stars and was very well supported by members and guests. Click on Link to view pics.
22nd February 2009 -It was'nt just the weather that was good as Priory enjoyed a 6-2 victory over fellow Elite strugglers Tongham. Goals from O'Boyle(2),Chandler(2),Reid and Peters ensured Priory comfortably took all three points. Priory Reserves were engaged in an entertaining encounter and were unfortunate to be on the wrong side of a 4-3 result. Priory A went down to Shelton Spartans 2-0 and Priory B just lost 1-0 to Caterham OB Reserves 1-0.
Priory's developing Youth Section saw the Under 13s beat Roundshaw Colts B 4-0 , the Under 11s beat West Byfleet Scorpions 2-1 and the Under 9s just losing 2-1 to Elm Grove B.
16th February 2009 -Priorys pattern of results continued at the weekend as Priory failed to convert their chances and went down 3-1 to Old Rutlishians. Priory Bs had a good day with a 4-1 win over Court Lodge Reserves.
In the Youth Section the Under 11s beat West Byfleet Scorpions B 2-0 , however , the Under 13s lost at home to Roundshaw Colts A
9th February 2009 -Most of the weekend football programme was postponed again due to the weather , however , Priory Vets managed managed to get their Surrey Cup game completed , albeit away to Warlingham. However , last years finalists were too strong and won the game 6-0.
1st February 2009 -Priorys fortunes faiedl to improve as they lose out in close encounter. After going into half time 1-0 up through a Karl Paddley goal , Priory conceded 3 second half goals to lose out 3-2. Priory Reserves similarly put in a good first half performance and were edging the game home to Horsley Reserves. However again costly errors allowed the visitors to run out 5-2 victors in the second half. The As and Bs were beaten in Redhill & District action goin down 1-0 and 3-1 respectively. Priorys Youth Sides , however, had a good day with all teams winning. Unders 9 won 4-3 against Bookham Colts C , the Under 11s won 6-1 home to Perrywood Sports A and the Under 16s beat Greenway 4-1.
26th January 2009 -Priory exited the Surrey County Cup at the weekend going down 6-1. Priory started well and had some good opportunities in the first half to put the Cup Holders under pressure. However Eagles overwhelmed Priory in second half and ran out comfortable winners. The Reserves , struggling or numbers, put in a very spirited performance away to Horsley and were pleased with their performance restricting Horsley to a 3-0 win. The A's and B's had their games postponed.
19th January 2009 -At last a weekend of football. Priorys 1st Team were back in league action away to Epsom Athletic but despite an encouraging first half , succumed to three second half goals to lose 4-0. News filtered through of Holland Sports withdrawal from the Surrey Elite , so Priory will probably lose the three points earned at Christmas.
Priory Reserves were well in touch with their opponnents Elm Grove at half time but were overwhelmed in the second half as Elm Grove ran out 6-1 victors. Priory A's lost 3-1 to RH123 Ath Reserves and the B's were the only senior winners as they beat Westcott 35 Reserves 3-2.
The Youth Teams were also back in action, the U13s drew at home 1-1 against AFC Ewell, the U11s beat Epsom & Ewell Colts C 2-0 and the U9 lost 4-2 at home to Queens Park..
11th January 2009 -Freezing temperatures devastated the weekends football programme with no games played.
5th January 2009 -With Freezing temperatures at the weekend Priorys football schedule was hit apart from the 1st Team fixture at Old Rutlishians which surprisingly was given the go ahead following a pitch inspection by the referee. The forthcoming result was even cooler as Priory went down 2-0.
Priorys New Years Eve Party was a big success with many thanks going to Aaron Lawrence and Craig Wheeler for organising. Pictures will be coming soon.
28th December 2008 -Reigate Priory completed their first Christmas fixture with a much needed win over fellow Elite strugglers Holland Sports. Three second half goals ensured all 3 points moving Priory out of the regation zone , up to 13th in the League. Another big game this saturday as Priory travel to Old Rutlishians who are in 12th position. Priory Reserves are at Park Lane this saturday with Eversley Reserves the visitors.

22nd December 2008 -Reigate Priorys Club Christmas Party was a great success with a Karaoke Evening. Many thanks to all that supported the event, click on link for pics- Merry Christmas and a happy New Year !
22nd December 2008 -Reigate Priory moved comfortably into the 4th round of the Surrey Intermediate Cup with a convincing 4-1 win over Crawley Premier side Merstham Newton. Priory meet last years winners Epsom Eagles in the next round. Priory play their first Christmas Fixture this saturday at Park Lane against Holland Sports. Priory Reserves also achieved a good result as they overcame Elm Grove Reserves 4-2 in the Surrey Elite Reserve Subsidury Trophy. Charles Read was back to scoring ways with a well taken hattrick.
15th December 2008 -A complete washout for Priory senior games at the weekend due to the weather conditions. Priory Surrey Cup fixture against Merstham Newton is now scheduled for this saturday. Priory Reserves get another chance for a home fixture against Elm Grove Reserves in the Subsidury Elite Trophy. In the Youth section one game survived with the Under 13s losing 2-0 away to Roundshaw Colts A.
This saturday is also the Club Christmas Party with Karaoke scheduled for 8pm, all members welcome.
8th December 2008 -Priory suffered another point less weekend as Elm Grove sealed the victory with three first half goals. Priory improved second half and had numerous chances to reduce deficit but were unable to convert. Priory Reserves were involved in a high scoring away game at Milford & Witley. After being 4-1 down they almost turned the result with a strong second half performance , however game finished 5-4 to Milford & Witley. Priory Vets were in action on sunday and enjoyed a 3-1 victory over Woodhatch Vets. In the Youth Section the Under 16s narrowly lost to Horsham Tigers 2-1 , however the Under 9s enjoyed another victory , 5-1 over West Byfleet Scorpions C. All other teams had their fixtures lost to pitch postponements.
1st December 2008 -Priory travelled to Milford on a cold wet afternoon and caught a cold as they suffered their heaviest defeat of the season 7-0 to Milford & Witley. Priory Bs were the only other senior fixture which brought greater cheer with the Bees winning 2-0 away to Westcott 35 Reserves. Two Youth fixtures survived the weather with the Under 13s beating Merstham Youth A , however the Under 11s went down to Hook Youth 3-0.
24th November 2008 -Reigate Priory played host to 3rd placed Horsley on saturday. Priory worked hard to get something out of the game but Horsley were too strong and came through with a 3-1 victory. Priory Reserves had a tipsy topsy game away to Liphook Utd Reserves. After going 2-0 down, came back to lead 3-2 , then to be overturned 4-3. Priory As and Bs had another tough weekend both losing , 2-6 and 1-7 respectively to Reigate Hill Reserves and AFC Horley.
The only win in sight was Priory Under 9s beating Bookham Colts C 5-0.
17th November 2008 -Reigate Priory progressed into the 3rd Round of the Surrey Intermediate Cup beating Shalford FC from the Surrey Intermediate Western League , 3-0. Two goals from Andy Shear(one pen)and another penalty from Tim Seldon ensured victory. Priory play Merstham Newton in the next round. Priory Reserves had a tough game at Bedfont Sports Res losing 8-2. Priory As won their first League game of the season 3-2 over Oxted A and the Bs lost 3-1 in the Redhill & District Junior Cup. Priory Vets 35 progressed to the next round of the Surrey County Veterans Cup as Merton Social Reserves were unable to raise a side. Priory Vets play Warlingham in the next round.
Three of Priorys Youth sides were in Cup action and all progressed to the next round. The Under 16s beat East Grinstead Town 7-0 , the Under 13s beat Wolves 5-1 and the Under 11s beat Molesey Juniors 4-2. The Under 9s drew 3-3 at home to Shelton Ath in the League..
10th November 2008 -Youth results brighten a weekend of gloom for the Seniors. Reigate Priory went into saturdays Surrey Elite fixture against Epsom Athletic full of optimism but ended up on the wrong side of a 4-0 result. Priory reserves had a tough away fixture against Eversley Reserves and suffered their biggest defeat for many years 11-0. Priory A almost made it a better day but went down 2-1. Surrey Cup returns to the Priory this weekend with the 1st team up against Shalford FC in the 2nd Round.
Three of Priorys Youth sides recorded wins with the Under 13s beating Ashstead Colts 12-2 , Under 11s beating Epsom & Ewell Colts C 6-3 and the Under 9s beating Nutfield 5-2.
2nd November 2008 -Reigate Priory got themselves back into the hunt with an excellent performance away to Epsom Eagles. Goals from Wheeler,Seldon,Reid and a wonder strike from Dan Peters and a superb alround team performance ensured that Priory achieved all 3 points and lifted Priory off the bottom of the league. The last four weeks has seen Priory improve game by game as their young side adapts to life in the Surrey Elite. Priory Reserves had their game postponed as Epsom Eagles Reserves were unable to raise a side. Priory 'A's took advantage of home pitch availability with Paul Hodges striking a late winner as the 'A's beat Hindhead Reserves 2-1 in the Surrey Lower Junior County Cup. Priory 'B's had a tough visit to Court Lodge Reserves going down 10-1.
Next week Reigate Priory are at home to Epsom Athletic .
26th October 2008 -Priory almost took a point from Elite League Leaders Eversley on saturday , however a 92nd minute winning strike left Priory with zero points. The Reserves were in action in the Surrey Cup and took a 1-0 lead only to be overturned by Kingston Albion 3-1. The As suffered another loss 4-1 and the Bees went down 2-1. Next week Priory are away to Surrey Cup holders Epsom Eagles.
The clubs Halloween fund raising event went well and special thanks to those members that supported the event.

19th October 2008 - Priory notched up their first win of the season with a 3-1 victory over Frimley Green Reserves in the 1st Round of the Surrey County Intermediate Cup earning another home tie in the next round against Shalford FC on the 15th November.Priory Reserves were gutted as they missed out on all three points as Elm Grove Reserves equalised in the last minute to earn a 3-3 draw. Priory A had another difficult afternoon going down 6-1 at home to Reigate Hill Reserves, however the Bees were in the points as they achieved a 2-2 draw away to Park Lane A. Reigate Priory return to league action next week with an away visit to Elite League leaders Eversley whilst the Reserves commence their Surrey Cup campaign at home to Kingston Albion.
In the Youth Section Priory Under 16s achieved their first point of the season with a 1-1 draw to Ockley Acorns. The Under 13s made it 26 goals in two games with an 8-0 victory over NPL Youth. The Under 9s recovered to earn a 2-2 draw against the Wolves.
13th October 2008 - With all the Saturday Senior games postponed its was a weekend for Vets and Youth football. The Vets were up against the Chairman's XI ( Rays Ringers) , but there wasn't much chiming as the Vets ran out 5-2 winners with a hat trick from Tony Moriarty. In the Youth section the Under 13s had a whopping 18-0 victory in the Cup over Stoneleigh Athletic B , however the Under 15s lost 5-1 to Greenway and the Under 9s lost 5-1 to Queens Park. This saturday the senior sides are back in action with the 1st team home to Frimley Green Reserves in the Surrey Intermediate Cup 1st Round.
5th October 2008 - With each game Priory improve , but yet to be in the points. Battersea Ironsides , last seasons Champions of the Surrey South East Combination visited Park Lane on saturday probably thinking an easy 3 points. However , Priory put in a good first half with Shear scoring to cancell out Ironsides earlier lead. Ironsides got their win with a second half strike. Priory As thought themselves unfortunate to lose 2-1 at Warlingham B with the Priory Bs also losing 5-2 at Westcott 35 Res.
1st October 2008 - Ground Improvements are complete with just a few items to complete on the Clubhouse. The Club wish to express their thanks to Jes Chandler of Stanton Construction and Ray Connolly of Marcoindustries for their hard work in making this happen. Just some repairs to Refs Room ,Showers and some final painting and decorating will complete the work schedule. Everything costs money and the Clubs Fund Raising schedule starts with the Halloween Event on Saturday 25th October so please support this and get us off to a good start, tickets £5. This Sunday sees the Vets return to Park Lane with Priory Vets taking on a Chairman Ringers X1 , whoops , I mean the Chairmans X1. KO 2pm.
29th September 2008 - Reigate Priory achieved their first point of the season in a 1-1 draw away to Tongham with Dan Peters on the scoresheet. Priory Reserves were in action with the first home game at Park Lane but went down 6-0 to a strong Battersea Ironsides. The 'A's and 'B's continue to have a tough time with the 'A's losing 4-1 to Overton Athletic and the 'B's losing 9-0 to Caterham OB Reserves.
The Youth Section notched up a winning weekend with the Under 13s pride of place overcoming Sutton Utd Colts 2-1 in the 2nd Round of the Surrey County Youth Cup.The Under 16s beat Lower Beeding 4-1 , Under 11s won 7-1 against Worcester Park Colts A and the Under 9s won 2-0 against Ashtead Colts C.
This weekend the 1st Team get their first home game against Battersea Ironsides with the Reserves not in action.
21st September 2008 - With the 1st Team without a game is was up to the Reserves to earn elite points. In a tough game away to Croydon Greenside Reserves a Jamie Williams goal secured the 3 points. The 'A's had their first League game and went down 7-1 to a very strong Court Lodge outfit with Dave Williams scoring Priorys only goal. The Bees were in a closer game against Merstham B and were unlucky to lose 2-1 with Comben on the score sheet
In the Youth Section the Under 11s won their first match away to Perrywood Sports A 4-2. The Under 9s lost 4-1 away to West Byfleet Scorpions. Nest week sees football return to Park Lane with the Reserves at home to Battersea Ironsides Reserves in the Surrey Elite Reserve Section. Much work being done this week to get the dug outs in place , new goals and final redecoration in clubhouse to be completed.
15th September 2008 - A tough weekend for the club with 6 teams in competitve action all failing to win. However,the 'A's notched up an 8-3 win over the 'B's in an inter club friendly. Priorys 1st Team are still adapting to life in the Surrey Elite as they went down 3-1 to Elm Grove,with Luke Reid scoring Priorys only goal from the penalty spot. The Reserves enjoyed a better day out achieving a 1-1 draw away to Horsley Reserves with Elite debuts to some of last years Priory Youngsters. Neil Sinnick was Priory scorer.Priory Vets were in quite a competitive encounter at Nutfield Vets and were unfortunate to lose by the only goal of the game via a penalty.
In the Youth Section the Under 16s lost 8-1 to Cranleigh Youth , Under 13s lost 2-0 away to AFC Ewell and the new Under 9s were just on the wrong side of a result away to Elm Grove Colts.
8th September 2008 - Priory U16s had their first match of the season away to Horsham Tigers but lost 6-1. Priorys other Youth Teams are in action this weekend except the Under 11s who start their campaign a week later. Priorys new kids on the block , the Under 9s are away to Elm Grove Colts B this week end , good luck for the forthcoming season.
7th September 2008 - Priorys first game in the Surrey Elite ended up with a 4-1 away defeat to Liphook Utd. Priory Reserves were also in action in a friendly away to Walton Heath losing 6-4. Both front sides are in Elite Action this weekend. Priory 'B's won 2-1 away to Westcott 35 Reserves.
30th August 2008 - Priory completed their preseason preparation with an away fixture against Kent County League side Westerham. Despite a promising start with numerous opportunities to score eventually Westerham comfortably cruised to a 3-0 victory. Next saturday Priory start their Surrey Elite campaign with an away fixture against Liphook Utd.Meanwhile,Priory 'A's had a better day at the office with a 2-1 win at Park Lane Reserves with Harry Martin and Dave Williams getting on the scoresheet. Priory Bees drew 2-2 away to Court Lodge Reserves.
28th August 2008 - Priorys Pool Team were in cup action against Woodmansterne on Thursday. Priory lost 6-0.
24th August 2008 - With just two weeks to start of season Priory put in an improved performance against Maidenbower at the weekend notching up a 3-0 victory. Next weekend Priory need to put out 4 sides as the preseason preparation gathers pace.
18th August 2008 - All Surrey Cup draws(Senior) are now completed and can be viewed on Surrey FA Website.
16th August 2008 - Priorys preseason preparation continued at the weekend. The 1st Team went down 2-1 at home to Tooting Bec and Priory 'A's put in a good performance at Holland Sports Reserves despite losing 4-2. Two more saturdays before the season starts with a lot of work still to do to be in shape for the season opener on the 6th September away to Liphook Utd.
15th August 2008 - Following on from this years successful charity event against the Royal Engineers , Reigate Priory Vets have been invited to participate in a rematch scheduled for the 22nd March 2009 in an away fixture.
9th August 2008 - Priory were back in action at the weekend notching up their first win against Nutfield in a preseason friendly. In a game that was played with two one hour halves Priory were held 1-1 in the first period. In the second period Read hit a hattrick to take the final score to 6-3.
2nd August 2008 - Priory put in respectable performance against County League Redhill despite losing 3-0. Priory Reserves achieve 1-1 draw against Redhill Reserves/U18s with Williams netting for Priory. See Match Reports.
26th July 2008 - An additional fixture for the Redhill Event has been agreed as Priory Reserves/Youth take on Redhill Under 18s at Kiln Brow with a 5.30 KO . With the first teams engaging at a 3pm KO , this day will be a festival of football with two of the boroughs most established clubs competing. The club seeks as much support as possible to support the event and in particular the Priory as our teams take on higher level opposition.
23rd July 2008 - Priorys early season preparation got off to a stutter as Three Bridges Reserves executed a lesson in football. Four first half goals with Priory rarely visiting the opposition goal about summed up the first 45 mins. However , Priory did regroup and made more of a game of it in the second half.Final resut a loss 6-0 .A good friendy against quality opposition , much learnt.
7th July 2008 - Reigate Priory FC brought a touch of colour and fun to last sundays cricket event where Reigate Priory Cricket Club overcame the mighty Lashings in a 20/20 contest. Club Members went for a Mexican Theme this year which gave an added dimension to the Mexican Wave.

24th June 2008 -Priorys Elite season starts on Saturday 6th September with an away fixture against Liphook Utd. Priory additionally have been drawn away against Milford & Witley in the 1st Round of League Challenge Cup where the Final of this competition may be play at Ashford Town.

16th June 2008 - Lashings Update - The Football Clubhouse will be fully functional for Lashings with an evening of music and dance to complete the great day . A Mexican Theme will be the club flavour for the day. Your support for the Cricket Club and Football club for this event will be greatly appreciated.
16th June 2008 - Surrey Elite Update - Following on from previous, the Intermediate Division of the Surrey Elite is now confirmed with 16 teams with the inclusion of Wraysbury FC. The Reserve Section has also been confirmed and can be viewed on the Elite Link.
3rd June 2008 - Redhill FC vs Reigate Priory FC, not a fixture you would normally see scheduled, but times change. On Saturday 2nd August 2008 , as a celebration of the opening of Redhill FC's new stand , what used to be a regular fixture in times past , has been scheduled. It is an honour for the Priory to be considered for such an Event and the club hopes that it can attract a great deal of interest to support the event. Support is estimated at 600+ , should be a great day !.
1st June 2008 - On wednesday Reigate Priory FC were named as one of 16 clubs as part of the newly formed Surrey Elite Intermediate League. 1st Team Managers Andy Davies and Mark Peters were extremely pleased the clubs application had met with success. This also represents a new challenge for the Reserves as they leave the Redhill & District to compete in the Surrey Elite Reserve Section. For more information click link.
30th May 2008 -Reigate Priory FC were pleased to present the Childrens Trust , Tadworth with a cheque for £4000 following Easter Sundays Charity Football Event where the club were able to stage a rematch against the Royal Engineers afters 137 years. Despite the poor weather conditions on the day the Event proved to be successful with monies raised exceeding everyones expectations.
26th May 2008 - Following the Clubs recent AGM , two new appoinments were announced. Richard Stephen becomes the Director of Football Youth and Aaron Lawrence the Child Welfare Officer. In addition , Stuart Porte becomes the new 'A' Team Manager and Chris Comben the new 'B' Team Manager. All other officers were reelected.

18th May 2008 - Reigate Priory FC were today named as one of the recommended admissions into the Inaugral Surrey Elite League for next season. Other teams recommended are Battersea Ironsides,Bedfont Sports,Croydon Greenside,Elm Grove,Epsom Eagles,Esher Athletic,Eversley,Holland Sports,Horsley,Liphook Utd,Milford & Witley,Old Rustlishians,Tongham and Woodmansterne Hyde. There is also going to be a Reserve Section.
